At the same time, the guide is particularly simple and smooth, allowing for safe working without much effort. Cleaning is quick and easy. After loosening the fastening screws, you can remove the individual parts to be cleaned, clean them, and quickly reinstall them. If the blade becomes blunt, you can sharpen it to the correct angle in no time using the integrated knife sharpener. Loosen the screw connection and turn the whetstone 180°. After locking, switch the machine on for about 1-2 minutes, loosen the grinding stone and turn it back – done!
