Shipping Zones & Detailed Information

European Union (B2B) For business customers within the EU, we provide seamless intra-community deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and volume.

Worldwide Export (Non-EU) We export to destinations across the globe (e.g., USA, UAE, Asia). For these regions, we provide customized freight quotes (Air/Sea) to ensure the best possible rates.

Shipping Costs & Calculation

  • Automatic Currency Switch: Prices are displayed in US Dollar (USD). If you select a delivery country within the Eurozone, the currency will automatically switch to Euro (EUR) in the checkout.
  • Carrier Services: Small items are shipped via international parcel services (DPD/DHL). Large items are shipped via international freight forwarders.
  • Notification: For freight shipments (pallets), our logistics partner will contact you to coordinate delivery. Please note: This service is not available for standard parcel deliveries.

Self-Collection

Customers or their designated freight forwarders can collect goods directly from our warehouse in Dortmund, Germany.
