Shipment

Standardshipment

The shipping costs are flat rate 8.95 EUR * regardless of the volume and weight of the shipment. Up to a weight of approx. 30 kg is dispatched by parcel service. Shipments with a higher weight or volume will be shipped by freight carrier. The normal terms are 1-2 working days. For parcels sent to the German islands, in addition to the shipping costs, an island surcharge of 12,50 EUR * per parcel applies.

Expressshipment

The delivery of the goods takes place the next working day. The express surcharge is € 18,00 *. If you order by express you will receive from us after sending your order a note whether the express delivery can be guaranteed.

Notification

If the consignment is delivered by freight carrier, you can receive notification of delivery. In this case, you will be contacted by the forwarding company by phone at what time the delivery will take place. Also, the delivery can be made on request to a specific date (fixed date).

Pick Up

You can pick up your goods directly from us in Dortmund or hire a freight forwarder to pick them up. Our pick up times are from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you would like to pick up your goods please contact us in advance so that we can guarantee that your order will be made available. A pickup without prior arrangement is not possible.

Shipping within Europe

The normal transit times within Europe are 1-4 working days, depending on the country of delivery. If you order from a country of the European Union, please indicate your VAT number. If the VAT number is valid, German VAT is not applicable. Below you will find our shipping prices for packages up to a maximum of 31.5 kg. For shipments that have to be shipped by freight carrier due to their volume and weight, we will inform you of the shipping costs immediately after your order for inspection and approval.

Shipping to non european countries

Below is a list of shipping costs for parcel shipping. As an example, the shipping costs for 1 kg and 31.5 kg are listed. In most countries parcels up to a total weight of 31.5 kg can be shipped. The maximum size of a package is i.d.R. 120 x 60 x 60 cm. The parcel shipment takes place via DHL - WORLD PACKAGE Premium. On request, the cheaper version DHL WELTPAKET is possible. Scope and weight of the shipment will be checked after receipt of order by our logistics. For example, if your shipment is only 15 kg, the shipping costs will be adjusted accordingly. Changes to the shipping costs will be communicated to you prior to execution of the order for review and approval. Larger shipments are sent by pallet or in wooden crates (extra charge). The prices for this will be determined on a daily basis and given to you for review and approval. Container shipping (TEU or FEU) can also be carried out by INTERGASTRO.
