The blade can be removed for cleaning the mandoline; the release position is printed on the dial. The foldable feet are covered with non-slip TPR. The blade position is changed by turning a knob, allowing for julienne cuts of 4.5 mm or 9 mm. Includes a product holder to protect your fingers. Dishwasher safe.
