Robust construction from stainless steel, ABS, and polypropylene. The surface features a PTFE non-stick coating for easy slicing. Very sharp main blades with easy switching between smooth and serrated blades. Adjustable cutting thickness from 1 to 9 mm. Includes integrated blades for 3 mm julienne strips and 13 mm thick French fries. The julienne blade can be removed for cleaning the mandoline; the release position is printed on the button. Features a foldable stand and bowl hook, allowing for freestanding use, use on a bowl, or even handheld. The bowl hook and foldable feet are coated with non-slip TPR (thermoplastic rubber) for enhanced stability during use. A finger guard and blade guard are included for safe storage.
