The Bartscher SST2-D4P core temperature probe set is specifically designed for commercial use in the food service industry. The temperature probe is made of chrome-nickel steel and features four measuring points that ensure precise cooking temperatures for meat, poultry, game, and fish. The probe has a penetration depth of 90 mm and a diameter of 4 mm.

The set includes a magnetic holder and is compatible with the Silversteam2 series of digital combi steamers. With a cable length of 1.75 m and dimensions of 170 x 15 x 270 mm, the set offers flexibility in use. The gross weight is 1.32 kg, while the net weight is 0.16 kg.
