Removable and easy-to-clean 8-liter soup container made of 18/8 stainless steel. 18/8 stainless steel heating element ensures efficient heat transfer to the water container. Tempered glass lid with insulated handle, spoon notch, and aluminum hinge. The two-part lid reduces heat loss when opened, ensuring optimal hygiene. Integrated card holder on the lid for easy food labeling. Digital control panel displays operating time, set temperature, and actual temperature. The last temperature setting is saved in the unit and automatically selected each time it is powered on. The temperature can be set from +35 to +85°C in 1°C increments. The water container has a maximum fill line of 1.5 liters. Not intended for boiling, but for keeping food warm.
