Execution:

With limited space, you can fit up to seven GN containers into the cooling unit. The angled design makes removing and filling the containers clear and easy. Below the containers is the insulated cooling zone, whose temperature can be manually adjusted within a range of +2/+8°C. The control panel with digital display also allows you to monitor the ambient temperature and initiate defrosting. With this portable cooling unit, you can design and expand your workspace as you wish. The simple, timeless design also allows it to be positioned at the front of your catering establishment to present fresh ingredients. The glass cover serves as both a spit guard and a storage area.
