This flame protection filter prevents flames from spreading above heating appliances and reduces the risk of fire in commercial kitchens. The airflow is directed around the fins, trapping grease on the surface of the filter. The filter's filtration efficiency is up to 98% for particles up to 6 µm. Made of high-quality chromium-nickel steel, it is long-lasting, temperature-resistant, and low-maintenance. Tested and approved in Germany according to DIN 18869-5.
