After loosening the fastening screws, you can remove the individual parts to be cleaned, clean them, and quickly reinstall them. Should the blade become blunt, you can quickly sharpen it to the correct angle using the integrated knife sharpener. Loosen the screw connection and turn the whetstone 180°. After locking, switch the machine on for about 1-2 minutes, loosen the grinding stone and turn it back – done!
