The grating disc is mounted on the bottom of the container and rotates at a steady speed, grating the potato peels economically and carefully at a maximum output of 120 kg/h. You can manually select the running time using the timer. The secure polycarbonate lid gives you a clear view of your vegetables and allows you to monitor the progress of the peeling process. At the end of the peeling process, you can conveniently drain the grit and rinsing water through the outlet on the bottom. The grit is collected in an optionally available perforated drip tray until it is ready to be disposed of. Excess water flows through the perforation into the drain, ideally located below, directly into the sewer.
