The stable device is easy to use and clean. If you accidentally add product too quickly, the practical reverse gear helps clear blockages. The device comes with perforated discs with a bore of 6 or 8 mm, ideal for cooked sausage, coarse bratwurst, or long-life products. For finer or coarser mincing, you can order additional perforated discs with bores of 2 to 10 mm from us.
