Made of AISI 304 stainless steel and ABS plastic. The thickness can be adjusted to 1.5 mm, 2.5 mm, or 3.5 mm by changing the insert. Includes two inserts for julienne strips: 3.5 mm and 7 mm thick. Inserts are easily changed thanks to a single locking/unlocking button. The foldable feet are coated with non-slip rubber for enhanced stability during use. Can be used freestanding, placed on a bowl, or handheld. A storage box for the cutting inserts, a finger guard, and a blade guard are included for safe storage. Dishwasher safe.
