Coloring knife

Colored knives are particularly suitable for decorating raw or cooked vegetables or fruit and also for decorating other dishes. Colored knives have a relatively short blade of approx. 10 - 12 cm. The typical feature of the knife is the exceptional blade thickness and above all the special wavy or serrated edge, which extends almost over the entire length of the blade and ultimately gives the processed food its decorative structure.
