Execution:

Induction hoods are efficient and energy-saving because this technology draws fresh supply air directly into the hood's storage space. The suction effect captures rising vapors more efficiently and transports them more quickly to the filter. The temperature difference between the fresh air and the vapors causes condensation to occur in the separator rather than in the exhaust duct. Grease separation is enhanced while simultaneously saving energy! Condensate and grease are collected in the internal channel and can be easily and hygienically drained using the ball valve on the side. The induction wall hood from the "Basic Line" series is made of high-quality stainless steel and solidly welded at the corners. All edges are folded, and the cut edges are deburred for a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. The filter is, of course, dishwasher-safe. The wall-mounted hood is equipped with a type B flame-retardant filter and is therefore only suitable for kitchen areas where no thermal cooking appliances with a total output of > 25 kW are used, such as in the food service area or the dishwashing area. When ordering, please ensure the hood has the correct overhang to ensure reliable filtering of your work area. For all applications, we supply this hood in depths from 900 mm to 1400 mm and in widths from 1200 mm to 5000 mm. For easier installation, hoods with a width of 2900 mm and above are delivered in sections. We also offer a large selection of wall and ceiling hoods with an LC2 type A flame-retardant filter!
