Short cooktop heat-up times, instant temperature regulation, low energy consumption, minimal heat emissions, quick cleaning, and low maintenance costs – Stalgast's professional induction cookers combine many unbeatable advantages for you! Stalgast uses the latest induction technology. The easy-care glass-ceramic cooktop houses two 25 cm diameter induction coils that generate a magnetic field. This is absorbed by the appropriate pot and converted into heat. You can place your cookware up to 32 cm in size anywhere on the cooktop and still be assured that your food will be heated with a constant supply of heat. The temperature you select can be regulated quickly and directly; even low temperatures are possible, allowing you to melt chocolate without a bain-marie, for example. Only the pot heats up, the surrounding cooktop remains cool, and no energy is wasted. The cooktop features an operating and residual heat indicator, as well as a digital temperature display. The transitions from the cooktop to the edges are seamless, making cleaning easier. The panel and control bar with ergonomic knobs are slightly angled and laser-engraved for simple, intuitive operation and consistently good legibility. A large compartment is located beneath the cooktop for storing kitchen utensils or supplies. The door with a magnetic closure and a stylish, angled handle ensures visual organization and protection from dirt in the storage space. This high-quality stainless steel appliance can be used as a standalone appliance or as part of a cooking system.
