Grease filter plant

Design: - W / D / H: 280/680/770 - tank capacity 80 liters - filter size 400 x 190 mm - connection 0.1 kW / 230 volt additional system for boiling devices of the series TK, WW and WW-AT. Pump output is approx. 25 l / m. The system, made entirely of stainless steel, contains an inlet connection directly under the fat drain tap of the fat pan, a fat filter compartment for special filter mats, a fat storage tank for the entire amount of fat in the fat pan, a fat pump with riser for easy pumping back directly into the fat pan, a connection cable with switch and a plug Connection to the socket in the heating box. -- This fat cleaning module is permanently installed with the simmer bakeware and can therefore only be ordered directly with the matching simmer bakeware.
