This ensures particularly crispy pizzas and other baked goods. The compact, insulated housing is made of powder-coated steel and has a stainless steel front panel with a hinged oven door. The 2.2 kW oven heats up to a temperature of 500 degrees Celsius, and the top and bottom heat can be controlled independently as needed.
