This solidly constructed pizza oven is ideal for professional use. The compact, well-insulated housing made of powder-coated steel features a front panel with a hinged stainless steel oven door. The interior floor is lined with a food-safe firebrick that not only retains heat for a longer period and releases it evenly, but also absorbs moisture. This ensures particularly crispy pizzas and bread. You can bake up to four pizzas with a diameter of 36 cm at once. The powerful 6 kW oven heats quickly up to a temperature of 500 degrees Celsius, and the top and bottom heat can be controlled independently as needed.
