Execution:

This black stockpot fits perfectly into your buffet or banquet and is ideal for soups, stews, or sauces. You pour your food directly into the stainless steel inner container up to the recommended maximum capacity of 8.5 liters. Before inserting the stainless steel container, ideally fill the stockpot with hot water to shorten the heating phase. The water jacket surrounds the inner container to keep your food evenly warm. Using the continuously variable control, you regulate the heating element on the base of the pot and select an optimal warming temperature between 35°C and 85°C. For easy removal, the lid, with its practical recess for a serving spoon, simply flips up. The lid and inner pot can be quickly removed for cleaning.
