This commercial dishwasher, with a 32 cm rack height, is specially designed to accommodate GN1/1 dishwashing baskets and cleans porcelain, glass, cutlery, and kitchen utensils equally well. Depending on your needs, you can choose between two wash modes for light to stubborn soiling. The wash temperature is approximately 65°C. The water temperature during the subsequent rinse is approximately 90°C – optimal for a brilliant result. The detergent and rinse aid dosing pumps dispense the detergent economically and precisely. Two wash arms and two rinse arms ensure perfect cleaning. The rotating movement of the arms is based on the latest technical advances, ensuring ideal dishwashing results with a water consumption of only 2.5L per cycle. After just 120 or 180 seconds, your dishes will be hygienically and perfectly clean. The drain pump automatically empties the water tank after use. The stainless steel housing with its modern design is robust and easy to clean. We supply this dishwasher with three dish racks.
