Application / Effect: Cleans and disinfects all common cream and ice cream machines. Product benefits: Effective against bacteria, salmonella, fungi, yeasts. Special note: Complies with the requirements of the Ice Cream Ordinance and DIN 10507. DGHM / DVG listed. Dosage: Fill the cream / ice container with hot water (maximum 50 ° C), 15 ml concentrate per liter of rinsing water. Pump through the machine. Rinse with cold water. If necessary, clean outer parts with the same dosage. Observe manufacturer's instructions.
