The structure consists of anodized aluminum for crossbars and shelf trolleys, combined with removable grids made of polymer plastic or aluminum. NF food-safe and mobile thanks to 4 swivel casters (Ø 125 mm), 2 of which have brakes. The removable polymer plastic shelves are dishwasher-safe up to 90°C, which greatly simplifies cleaning. Thanks to the design featuring special clamps, high stability is ensured even when moving the shelves.
