A slow juicer is a juicer that squeezes the juice out of fruit or vegetables at low speed in a way that is particularly gentle on nutrients. The reason for this is that no high temperatures are generated during slow rotation, so that heat-sensitive vitamins, minerals or enzymes are largely preserved. This group of juicers is therefore also called cold juicers. Slow Juicer / Cold Juicers are also very productive, as the pressed product is pressed against a sieve with great force.
