The spiral dough kneading machine from GGF is ideal for processing all types of dough in larger quantities. You can process up to 25 kg of dough per kneading session. It is very easy to operate thanks to the clear control panel. Two speed settings are available for mixing and kneading the ingredients. A timer helps you adhere to the kneading times. The grid protects against injuries during operation and folds up along with the mixing head when you want to remove the dough and mixing bowl. When the dough kneading machine is not in use, it can be easily pushed aside thanks to the convenient wheels and secured with the brakes until the next use.
