In the durable roll-up bag, your knives are held firmly in place by a wide rubber band and are further protected by an inner cover with a hook-and-loop fastener. Once rolled up, the bag is securely closed with a buckle. The bag contains a set of five durable knives made of high-quality chrome-molybdenum steel with a hardness of 54-56 HRC. The perfectly shaped, non-slip knife handles are made of Santoprene and polypropylene. The addition of silver ions permanently inhibits the growth of microorganisms on the Santoprene handles.
