Execution:

The compact oven, made of powder-coated steel, has a front panel with a hinged stainless steel oven door. The interior floor is lined with a 14 mm thick, food-safe firebrick that not only retains heat for a longer period and releases it evenly, but also absorbs moisture. This ensures particularly crispy pizzas and bread. You can bake up to four pizzas with a diameter of 35 cm at once. Top and bottom heat can be controlled separately as needed, with temperatures up to 500 degrees Celsius.
