Freshly ground seeds and spices develop an intense aroma and are a wonderful addition to your dishes. Reason enough to use a mortar and pestle.

The marble mortar is particularly durable, has very little abrasion and is tasteless.

Marble doesn't like acids very much, so you should avoid citrus fruits or vinegar.

Execution:

Grey-grained white marble, partially polished. Inner wall and pestle ends with a rough surface. With pestle for crushing spices and herbs. Not acid-resistant.
