Chinese chef's knife, cleaver

With the wide, heavy blade of the traditional Chinese chef's knife, large pieces of meat, poultry fish and hard vegetables can be cut up effortlessly. Although it looks like a meat cleaver, it is not suitable for breaking bones and cartilage. Herbs and vegetables can be chopped well with it. With the large blade, you can easily pick up the clippings. The rectangular blade is sharpened on both sides, between 18 and 20 cm long and up to 10 cm wide.
