Regenerating salt for commercial dishwashers

The professional operation of a commercial dishwasher includes regular filling with regeneration salt, a special salt made of highly purified sodium chloride, which is responsible for softening the water. Regenerating salt must meet certain purity requirements according to the DIN EN 973 standard and thus comply with the specifications of the Drinking Water Ordinance.
