Do you need to serve a large number of different dishes at once, and the frying station is buzzing? The solution is the infrared warming tray, in which you can keep fried foods warm until ready to serve. The powerful infrared lamp warms your food without drying it out and keeps it crispy, whether it's schnitzel, French fries, breaded vegetables, fish, or boiled pastries. You can select the warming temperature of max. 75°C using the large dial on the conveniently angled control panel with temperature indicator light. The tray has a capacity of up to one GN 1/1 container. Excess frying liquid drips through the precisely fitting perforated insert and is collected in the oil container below until disposal. The narrow sides of the perforated insert are rounded, so you can easily scoop out fresh French fries, for example, without fear of burning yourself. At the end of the workday, remove the perforated sieve for cleaning and to access the oil container. It has two handy handles for removal and, like the entire stainless steel device, can be easily cleaned.
