With this 2 cm deep, non-stick grill tray made of 6 mm thick cast aluminum, you can prepare fish, meat, or vegetables without fat and with the typical grill pattern while maintaining excellent heat distribution. Meat juices collect in the recessed edges and can be easily drained by simply tilting the tray. The high-quality grill tray has a flat edge all the way around, ensuring easy insertion and a secure grip on the oven rack. The tray is not dishwasher-safe. We recommend cleaning with warm water and a soft dishcloth. To avoid scratches, do not use sharp tools for cleaning.
