The solidly constructed pizza oven with two stacked chambers is ideal for professional use. The compact, well-insulated housing made of powder-coated steel has a front panel with hinged stainless steel oven doors. The interior floor is made of food-safe firebrick, which not only retains heat over a longer period and releases it evenly, but also absorbs moisture. This ensures particularly crispy pizzas and bread. You can bake up to eight pizzas with a diameter of 36 cm at once. The powerful 6 kW ovens heat quickly up to a temperature of 500 degrees Celsius, and the top and bottom heat can be controlled independently as needed.
