The solidly constructed pizza oven from the Professional Strong series, with two stacked chambers, was built using high-quality components and is ideal for professional use. The compact, excellently insulated housing made of powder-coated steel has a front panel with hinged stainless steel oven doors. Both chambers contain a food-safe firebrick that not only retains heat over a longer period and releases it evenly, but also absorbs moisture. This ensures particularly crispy pizzas and bread. You can bake up to 12 pizzas with a diameter of 36 cm at once. The oven is also versatile for baguettes, quiches, or other baked goods. The chambers are illuminated so you can easily see the baking chambers. The powerful ovens, with a total of 18 kW, heat quickly to a temperature of 500 degrees Celsius, and the top and bottom heat can be controlled independently as needed.
