The solidly constructed, two-chamber pizza oven from the GGF F-Line Digital series is built using high-quality components and is ideal for professional use. The compact, excellently insulated housing is made of powder-coated steel and features a stainless steel front panel with a hinged oven door. Inside, a fireclay floor ensures excellent heat retention and transfer, ensuring pizzas and other dishes turn out crispy. You can bake up to six pizzas with a diameter of 36 cm at once. The oven is also versatile for quiches or other baked goods. You can also control the temperature in both baking chambers separately. The digital control ensures precise and consistent settings. The powerful 18 kW oven heats quickly to a temperature of 500 degrees and is ready for use in no time.
