The burner output at the lowest setting is approximately 30% of maximum power! You cook with directly controllable, instant heat, saving money and being environmentally friendly. The pilot light and flame intensity can be easily adjusted via the clear, laser-engraved control panel. The large, designer knobs have a conical grip zone that allows for intuitive flame adjustment. Your pots and pans always find a secure hold on the individually removable cast-iron pot supports, and the rear chimney ensures adequate air flow. A special highlight is the recessed drip tray beneath the burners. At the end of your cooking day, you can simply remove them and clean them in the dishwasher! The static gas oven works with even heat distribution and is ideal for preparing and gratinating hearty dishes, baking pastries and bread, etc. You can insert your baking trays or racks at three different heights, and the insulated glass door gives you a clear view of your dishes. A tray at the bottom of the oven safely catches all crumbs and is easily wiped clean for a perfectly clean oven.
