The two hotplates allow you to cook with the same confidence as usual, with direct, six-way adjustable heat input. The recessed cover beneath the hotplates is seamlessly pressed and rounded to simplify cleaning. The rear chimney provides air circulation. The laser-engraved, easy-to-understand control panel with the operating and indicator lights is slightly angled for better readability and handling. The large designer knobs with the conical grip zone, which allows for intuitive adjustment, are a particular advantage.
