• Baking mix for Silex baking plates made from predominantly natural raw materials • without chemical additives Due to the excellent and consistent heat distribution of the silex baking plates, a high proportion of baking agents could be dispensed with. Adding water quickly and safely produces a wafer dough: • 1,000 g of ice cream mix and approx. 950 ml of water yield approx. 1,950 g total dough • Unopened for up to 12 months • Packed in transport-safe bags of 10 kg each • 500 kg per European pallet
