In Germany, it is usually served with hot cherries and cream. • Due to popular customer requests, we now also offer the classic Brussels waffle with a non-stick coating. The core material of the removable plate remains cast iron, with its unique thermal properties. The iron retains the heat, and the waffles turn out tender and crispy. The surface of the cast iron is sealed with a non-stick coating so that the waffles can be removed even more easily. The waffle baking plates rarely, if ever, require re-greasing.
