Thanks to the seven-layer InductoSeal base, which contains copper, the heat is distributed evenly across the bottom of the pot. The Silvinox® surface, achieved through an electrochemical surface treatment, ensures that fingerprints and dirt are easily removed and the silvery-white color of the stainless steel is retained over years of use. All parts of the series can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
