Design: • Balti native of cashmere, where the curries are made in a cast-iron pan with bottom • two rounded handles, similar to a Chinese wok • typical spices are: anise, cardamom, cinnamon bark, cloves cloves, cilantro, cumin, fennel, ginger and a mixture of spices called Garam Masala.
