Universal kitchen machines consist of a basic unit with an integrated or removable mixing or collecting bowl and various attachments such as vegetable cutters, shredders, grain grinder, blender attachment, juicer and various inserts (dough hook, whisk and whisk, cutting and grater disc). Some additional devices are complete units (meat grinder, juicer) that only use the drive of the machine. The speed can usually be set in several stages or continuously.
