With the bain-marie, keeping your food warm is child's play, anywhere. Using the durable casters, you can quickly push the bain-marie trolley to the desired location, plug it in, and you're ready to go! This practical, firmly welded unit, made of high-quality stainless steel, features two basins, each of which can hold a GN 1/1 container up to a maximum height of 200 mm. The water temperature in the basins can be separately controlled via the thermostat within a range of 30°C to 85°C. At the end of the working day, you can easily drain the water through the drain valves, wipe out the basins, and you're done!
