With the bain-marie, keeping your food warm becomes child's play, anywhere. Using the durable casters, you can quickly push the bain-marie cart to the desired location, plug in the power cable, and you're ready to go! This practical, firmly welded unit, made of high-quality stainless steel, features three basins, each of which can accommodate a GN 1/1 container up to a maximum height of 200 mm. The water temperature in the basins can be separately controlled via the thermostat within a range of 30°C to 85°C. At the end of the workday, you can easily drain the water through the drain valves, wipe out the basins, and you're done!
