Execution:

The perforation and the special thermal conductivity of the aluminum allow the oven heat to reach your baked goods evenly – essential for baking bread, rolls, pizza, and other baked goods – for crispy results with perfect browning. The tray is framed on all sides by a narrow rim. The lightweight perforated baking tray is also suitable for use in a gas oven, as well as for cooling in the freezer. The aluminum baking tray is not dishwasher-safe. We recommend cleaning with warm water and a soft dishcloth. To avoid scratches, do not use sharp-edged tools for cleaning.
