Perforated pizza trays save valuable energy, as they allow the dough to cook faster and become particularly crispy at the same time. We offer round, perforated pizza trays in many different sizes from 180 - 40 mm diameter. Most models are made of robust, durable and easy-care aluminium. The material deficit in terms of minor heat distribution is compensated for by the perforation and therefore does not come into play. The plus point for the non-stick effect goes to the coated sheet metal, which is also more sensitive to scratches and heat.
