Chilled meat grinders

Since minced meat belongs to the group of hygienically sensitive food, it is subject to the strict regulations of the Minced Meat Ordinance (HFIV) in Germany. Adhering to these regulations by ensuring that the temperature of the meat does not rise above the specified values during processing is made considerably easier by using a meat grinder with integrated cooling. All parts of the appliance that come into contact with the meat to be minced - bowl, filler neck, auger housing - are kept at a low temperature throughout.
