Raclette oven & hot stone for gastronomy

For the typical Swiss Raclette, half a cheese wheel is heated under a heating element and scraped off piece by piece with a special knife. On these pages you will also find models with space for two or three pieces of cheese. Please note that the special knife is usually not included in the delivery.
