A glass jar with a tightly screwed stainless steel lid, resulting in a tube that is bevelled at the top, a simple tilting movement with your hand and an approximately equal portion of loose sugar ends up in coffee or tea. The use of loose sugar has obvious economic advantages compared to small packaged portions, which add up to a large amount of packaging waste and which are sometimes disposed of half-full because the filling quantity did not meet individual needs.
