Butter knife & fruit knife for the restaurant

Soft foods such as butter or fruit can be easily chopped at room temperature. Your guests do not need a particularly sharp or large knife to eat these dishes. An elegant alternative that looks good on the table is a special fruit or butter knife. These are smaller than normal knives and, depending on the model, have a significantly rounder and wider blade shape. The butter can be optimally absorbed and spread on the bread and a fruit knife divides soft fruits into bite-sized bites without crushing them. They are therefore often used as a toast knife. Since fruit and butter knives have no sharp blades and are particularly small, they are also suitable for children's hands. If you do not want to use children's cutlery decorated with motifs, you can use these simpler knives.
