Roaster, also in GN 1/1, 60 x 40, stainless steel, copper or cast iron

Roasters are a mixture of pots and pans, ideally suited for the gentle cooking of roast pork, geese or rabbit. The meat remains juicy during this process and, together with the added spices, can fully develop its aroma. Roasters are available in cast iron, clay, stainless steel, aluminum or copper, with or without a lid. Cast iron can store the heat particularly well and keeps the heat, especially in the floor area, so that the food is cooked evenly and at the same time in a way that is extremely gentle on the nutrients. The situation is similar with steel ceramics, a material that is particularly robust, cut and scratch resistant. In copper, it not only cooks quickly and precisely, the finished food can also be served representatively after preparation.
